Daniel R. Kisner, Esq., is an attorney in private practice serving Fremont, Union City, Newark and Hayward. Mr. Kisner was admitted to the California State Bar in 1975, is a licensed real estate broker and has twenty-seven years of experience as an attorney. Mr. Kisner has devoted most of his years representing clients in real estate and business transactions, including ten years as in-house general counsel for Ponderosa Homes, and an additional fourteen years in private practice, representing other major homebuilders and developers, including clients outside of the Bay Area. Mr. Kisner also represents many business clients involved in starting up, expanding, selling and buying businesses.
